I had one of these when it first came out. It was RAD, except the commercial lies because the 1st version did NOT have a voice changer on it! You had to wait for the Talkboy Deluxe to come out… But if you pushed record and FFW slightly it sorta sounded like slow-mo when you played it back! Even though this machine enabled me to advance my mix-tapes, radio shows & interviews to the next level; this was not the first recorder I owned as I child.
